Baby Jogger, maker of the top-selling brand of running strollers, will become part of the household goods umbrella company Newell Rubbermaid, the Wall Street Journal reports.

Newell Rubbermaid will pay $210 million for Baby Jogger, which is currently owned by a private equity firm, in a sale that is expected to be finalized by the end of 2014, according to the Journal.

Newell Rubbermaid will add Baby Jogger to its Baby & Parenting brands segment, which already includes car-seat maker Graco and Aprica, a Japanese baby stroller manufacturer.

Baby Jogger's 2014 sales are expected to reach $90 million.
